INSURANCE
The fees at Ready for Success are set in accordance with the recommended fee range for practitioners in private practice established by the Ontario Association of Social Workers and other Mental Health Practitioners. All services are exempt of HST.

If there are personal or financial circumstances that are preventing you from booking an appointment, please don't hesitate to contact me as there are a limited number of sliding scale spots.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Although OHIP does not cover private social work counselling, extended health care benefits may off partial or full coverage for mental health services when performed by a registered social workers.

It is likely that my services will be covered under "Social Work Services." Clients are encouraged to contact their personal insurance providers to determine coverage.

Social work services can also be filled on an individual's income taxes under the Medical Expense Tax Credit.
PAYMENT
Payment for each session can be made at the end of your visit via electronic money transfer or credit card. Receipts will be issued upon payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
It is understandable that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your scheduled session. In this event, please cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book.

If a session is cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice, the full rate may be charged.
