A free phone consultation can be booked to discuss your concerns and the type of support being sought. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Everything discussed during this phone call will remain confidential.

Cancellation Policy

It is understandable that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your scheduled session. In this event, please cancel a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow other clients the opportunity to book. If a session is cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice, the full rate may be charged.
